'Playscape' is an immersive sculptural installation where anthropomorphic forms emerge from a white landscape, echoing children at play. Made with hand-applied pebbles rooted in pre-Hispanic mosaic traditions, each form grows organically from the ground, blurring sculpture and earth. Inspired by playgrounds and children’s movements, the sculptures invite participation, with scale shifting to evoke vulnerability and curiosity. Monseignat views play as research; Playscape encourages viewers to explore through motion and emotion, transforming spectators into active participants in a living landscape of memory, senses, and discovery.
